Amounts & Risk

• Clients must send exactly the amount specified in the exchange ticket.
• Sending more or less than the stated amount may result in a failed exchange or partial loss of funds.
• Overpayments are not guaranteed to be returned.
• Underpayments may void the exchange at the counterparty's discretion, for example if fees apply per transaction.
• The Server does not cover market fluctuations, network delays, fees, or pricing changes during or after a swap.
• All transactions are final and conducted at the Client's own risk.
• The Server does not intervene in or compensate for incorrect amounts, timing issues, or disputes.

Client Responsibilities

• Evaluating counterparties before entering into any swap.
• Understanding the risks of these transactions.
• Ensuring compliance with tax, reporting, and regulatory obligations.

Prohibited Use

• Fraud, deception, or misrepresentation.
• Laundering funds or evading sanctions.
• Exchange assets in violation of applicable law.
• Exploit vulnerabilities or interfere with the Server's operation.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other Users.
• Advertise yourself or your products without permission.

We reserve the right to restrict or remove access to the Server for violations of these Terms.

Availability & Modifications

• We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We may modify or suspend features.
• We may update these Terms at any time.
• We may perform maintenance without notice.
• Continued use of the Server constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for delayed or disputed transactions.
• If the trader account gets locked, we are not responsible and no refunds or trade completion can be done.

Block

• You may stop using the Server at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms.
• We may suspend or terminate access immediately if your use poses legal, security, or operational risk.
• Termination does not affect obligations incurred prior to termination.
